The melting point temperature of vanadium is 1917 ℃.
Vanadium plate is a silver gray metal that belongs to transition metal elements and has high melting and boiling points. Its melting point is 1917 ℃ and boiling point is 3421 ℃. Vanadium has a density of 6.11g/cm ³, is ductile, does not oxidize at room temperature, is insoluble in water, but can dissolve in nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and concentrated sulfuric acid. Vanadium mainly exists in nature in the forms of green sulfur vanadium ore and vanadium lead ore, mainly used for the preparation of alloy steel and catalysts.
