1. Tantalum raw materials: ordinary tantalum oxide, waste metal tantalum (tantalum wire tips, tantalum scraps, tantalum anode blocks, waste tantalum capacitors), etc., hereinafter referred to as "tantalum raw materials".

2. The company strictly prohibits the purchase of tantalum raw materials in conflict areas. Suppliers must truthfully provide official traceability documents for the purchased tantalum raw materials, and those with incomplete or inconsistent traceability documents will not be purchased. And indicate on the contract/raw material acceptance form the refusal to use tantalum raw materials from conflict areas. The conflict area is the Democratic Republic of Congo and surrounding countries.

3. Training: The company regularly provides training to procurement personnel, raw material receiving personnel, and other relevant personnel at least twice a year, and keeps records.

4. Regulations on the procurement and acceptance process of tantalum raw materials:

1) Confirmation of raw material legality: Before signing the contract, it is necessary to confirm whether the tantalum raw material provided by the supplier meets the requirements of EICC GeSi.

2) Purchase and acceptance of tantalum raw materials. After the purchase of tantalum raw materials, timely acceptance and warehousing are carried out. The business department is responsible for registering the tantalum raw material number, handling warehousing procedures, and collecting and managing traceability data, transportation documents, and customs declaration documents for the ore supply chain. The quality and technology department conducts acceptance of tantalum raw materials, and the analysis room issues an acceptance result report.

5. Use of raw materials. The production and usage department shall collect tantalum raw materials from the warehouse based on the acceptance results, and the warehouse shall issue a tantalum raw material requisition form and keep records and registration.
